The Travel industry recognises that protecting customer money and ensuring that customers receive services and holidays for which they have paid, is a matter of major importance to those who book travel. It therefore operates a number of schemes to ensure that its customers are not left out of pocket when an airline, operator or agent fails. If you booked with your credit card then you may be able to secure a refund through that company and ultimately of course you may be a creditor to the company itself and should contact the appointed administrator.
